About Justin Conte

Justin is a Choreographer, Director, Educator and Movement Artist originally from New York. He is known for his spellbinding and hypnotic work that effortlessly weaves together Street Styles and Experimental dance. He has worked with Artists such as Lion Babe, FKA Twigs, Ivy Lab and Rising Appalachia. Most recently, he worked with Rimmel London as Choreographer for their latest “Kind and Free” international campaign as well as Choreographing the debut show in the iconic Paradise Club at Times Square EDITION. Other brands he has shared creative space with as Choreographer are Stuart Weitzman, Warby Parker, Alexander McQueen, New Amsterdam Vodka, Coachella, Afropunk and more. He has also worked closely with Nina McNeeley on Amazon Prime’s Dawn FM Experience with The Weeknd, COPPEL’s latest commercial with Jennifer Lopez, as well as OUAI for their recent Pride event. His work is grounded in an organic sense of being and aims to bring awareness to the power of collective magic. His true strength is in leadership as he guides artists/ movers/ humans to their highest, creative self.

Justin has been seen dancing and performing with FKA Twigs in her “Radiant Me” US Tour as well as her powerful immersive theatrical event “ROOMS” in London. He was a part of a very special runway performance for Alexander McQueen’s NY Fashion Week, as well as a reoccurring performer on the hit Fox TV series Glee. His work has been seen in national commercials as well as famous stages at Coachella, Lightning in a Bottle, Afro Punk, Electric Forest, Bowery Ballroom, Historic Boulder Theatre and many more. Justin Choreographed and Movement Directed Lion Babe’s latest world tour as well as their music videos “Rockets”, “Honey Dew” and “The Wave”. Also, Justin Directed and Produced three of Ivy Lab’s latest Music Videos – “Cake”,”Jet Lag” and “When I Go” that was premiered on Boiler Room. He has worked with many other recording artists such as Paula Abdul, Miley Cyrus and Jordan Sparks. Over the past 12 years, Justin has traveled internationally to Japan to work with Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka Schools of Music and Dance as well as recent European teaching tours, sharing at renowned studios in Germany, Austria, Sweden, Ireland, Denmark, Italy and Switzerland.

Sharing his passion for Movement Art through Dance Education is an essential part of Justin’s craft. Over the past 13 years, he has taught at Broadway Dance Center, Peridance, Millenium, Debbie Reynolds, Movement Lifestyle, ShellShock DC, BellaMoxi Dance Convention and The Pulse on Tour. He has also traveled internationally to Japan to work with Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka Schools of Music and Dance as well sharing at renowned dance events in Mexico, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Ireland, Denmark, Italy and Switzerland.
