Our Campus
COCA is located in St. Louis in the University City Loop, just off Delmar Boulevard. COCA’s facility includes the Kuehner West Wing, our historic building designed by renowned German architect Erich Mendelsohn, and the Ferring East Wing, our 52,000-square-foot expansion that includes a 450-seat theatre, more than 8,000 square feet of studio space, a community space, and a parking garage.
